Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Occasionally, for whatever reason, customers might want to return an item. For your convenience, we have our policies outlined below:
Policies
Refund and Return:
We accept returns only under one of the following 2 conditions:
1) Only if the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise) OR
2) The merchandises were damaged upon receipt
Please do the following in order to expedite the refund and return process:
1) We need to be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product via email at jewelryswan.com.
2) The product must still be in MINT CONDITION. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. If open and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 80% from your refund. Please pack your returns carefully. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of receipt. During the holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued.
3) We will accept responsibility for all shipping costs. Please contact us if this is the matter. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so that we may arrange the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping or store credit can be issued to you.

Delivery Time:
Most orders ship within 3 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. Rush orders can be requested by sending us an email at rushorder@jewelryswan.com.
Shipping:
We ship through USPS(United States Postal Service) or UPS; if requested, we can ship via other carriers. Click here to find the table for shipping within the Continental United States:
No Minimum Order Requirement:
There is no minimum order requirement, and you can place any quantity and/or amount you wish.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of New York (8.625%) This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Brooklyn, New York. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
Order Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed - usually the next business day. Please contact cancel@jewelryswan.com to see if your order has not yet been processed and can still be cancelled. Preorders or backorders can be cancelled anytime up until the item is in stock and your order has been processed.
